This is true. The magic wand has one setting called tolerance. This will be in charge of improving how sensitive the wand is going to be when used in pictures. Photoshop is known to be a tool that a lot of people use in order to enhance images. Enhanced images usually look more pleasant on print.

Some people are okay with photoshop but there are also some that may go a bit overboard. Some celebrities are also known to have boycotted their covers that are overly photoshopped. The Magic wand is a tool that is used to enhance pixels that are related to the tone and color of the various objects that can be found in the image.
